Enrolment Form
Please complete the enrolment form before classes commence. Once the enrolment form is complete we can then place students into appropriate classes and complete payment. Our policies are listed below. Please compete the form before leaving the page as any unsaved progress maybe lost.
STA Policies
1. Payment of Fees
Accepted Payment Methods:
Cash, Credit Card, or Internet Banking. (Use your child’s name or invoice number as the payment reference.)
New Enrolments:
Cash payments should be placed in an envelope with the student’s name and amount, then handed to a Shepparton Tennis Academy coach on court.
Email enrolment forms to admin@sheppartontennisacademy.com.au
Re-Enrolments:
You are automatically rolled into the next term unless written cancellation is given in advance.
We’ll contact you in Week 7 of the term to confirm re-enrolment.
If continuing, we will email your new invoice or payment advice.

2. Washouts & Heat outs
We may cancel lessons in extreme weather for safety, including:
Lightning
Flooded courts
Heavy rain
Temperatures over 37°C
Notification:
You will receive an SMS or email 30–60 minutes before the lesson if it is cancelled.
Make-Up Policy:
Cancelled junior/adult group classes will be given alternative days to make up a class. It is the parent/guardian/players responsibility to follow up with which days are most appropriate
Private lessons will proceed unless otherwise advised.
All make up classes must be completed before the end of term. No make up classes can be rolled over to following terms.

Call 0439 069 043 or contact your coach directly.
If rain begins during a lesson we will sometimes finish lessons with indoor activities. If not appropriate a make up time can be arranged.
3. Group Coaching Absences
Please notify your coach as early as possible if your child or participant will miss a class.
This allows us to offer that spot to others waiting for a make-up lesson.
4. Group Coaching Make-Up Lessons
Lessons missed due to coach illness, washouts, or heat will be offered an alternative make up class.
For absences due to illness, contact Ben O’Brien to request a make-up lesson.
Make-ups are subject to availability.
A maximum of two make-up lessons per student per term.
Make-up lessons cannot be carried over to the following term.
Extended absences due to serious illness/injury may be credited for next term (must contact Ben).
5. Private & Semi-Private Lesson Cancellations
Payment:
Must be completed before lessons begin
Cancellations:
Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice
Less than 24 hours = $25 cancellation fee
No-shows = full lesson fee charged no refund or make-up.
Weather Policy:
Lessons continue regardless of weather unless cancelled by Shepparton Tennis Academy.

For Semi-Private Lessons:
Full payment is required regardless of attendance.
Students are responsible for managing cost-sharing.
6. Coach Absence
If a coach is unavailable:
We will offer an alternative time to complete the class
7. Class Changes:
Students will remain in the same class unless a schedule change or level promotion is recommended. We will always do our best to allow kids to be with their friends however if their is an obvious difference in ability we will consider this as most important to maximise participation.

8. Photos & Videos
We would like to promote the academy on social media and this involves some photography and video of our players. Please let us know in writing If you do not consent to the use of photos or videos of you or your child in promotional materials (e.g. website, social media).
9. Waiver of Liability
By enrolling into lessons with Shepparton Tennis Academy you are acknowledging the inherent risk associated with playing tennis. You agree to release Shepparton Tennis Academy and its employees of any liabilities in the case of injury or loss of goods. We follow the guidelines and training of Tennis Australia to reduce any chance of risk involved but unforeseen circumstances still can exist.
10. Supervision and Student Responsibility
Shepparton Tennis Academy is only responsible for students during their scheduled class time and only when in attendance.
Parents/guardians are responsible for the supervision of children before and after the scheduled lesson.
Students arriving after the scheduled start time of their class must notify the coach upon arrival to ensure their attendance is recorded and they are included in the session.
11. Code of Conduct
All students are expected to behave in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner.
Disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the program without refund.
